William Hoare Shrubsole was born in 1790 in Faversham. He & Elizabeth Baldock were married 13th May 1826, in Faversham.
Elizabeth, was born 1802 Throwley.

William Hoare was a pawnbroker in Faversham and they had 11 children - 5 sons, one of which, Frederic Lewis, died at the age of 2 years in 1833, and 6 daughters Grace Elizabeth & Mary Ann who both died as infants, Janet Matilda, Mary Ann, who died young, & Charlotte Elizabeth & Mary Jane.
The four remaining sons Charles Baldock, George William, Octavius Albert & William Hobbs all seem to have done very well for themselves & I just had to find out a little about them all, so have added here what I know. I have done it purely out of interest and if anyone else has more research on them I would love to hear from them.
